North Walsham Town Council are consultees only for all planning applications. Residents wanting their feedback/comments considered during the planning decision process, will need to be make them directly to North Norfolk District Council on the planning application search portal.
At the Council meeting held on 25 January 2022, item 7.9, it was to RESOLVED to dissolve the Planning Committee and email all minor planning applications to all Councillors, any responses received will then be uploaded onto the planning portal under consultee comments for NWTC. Any controversial or major planning applications will require discussion at a Council meeting.
