It is with great sadness that the partner of Barry Hester a Town Councillor passed away last night after battling Cancer.
Tina Foster worked for North Walsham Town Council as Deputy Town Clerk until 2022. She also volunteered for community events and charities such as North Walsham Childrens Day and North Walsham War Memorial Hospital Friends.
Tina will be sadly missed, and our thoughts are with her family and friends at this difficult time.
